Six months on design systems and implementation-ready specs for education products.

Accessibility was part of the system from day one, WCAG 2.1 baked into the components themselves, so consuming teams couldn't ship inaccessible by accident. Assessment patterns were the other thread: how you surface right/wrong, how you show progress to a student who needs to understand where they stand. The components carried those decisions so the teams consuming them didn't have to remake them on every screen.

Interaction design lived in the same place as the specs. Embedded engagement, product design lead.
